No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preferences regarding design, size, or colour.
- Minor colour variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Returns or replacements are accepted only if you receive:
- A damaged product.
- A manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect item.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, you must provide your order number.
Replacement & Refund
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a replacement or refund.
- If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us, we will provide either:
- A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- A full refund to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Non-Eligible Claims
We will not be responsible for:
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, misuse, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without their original packaging or tags.
- Claims made after the 3-day reporting period.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Divira by Maachi will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.
