Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched

- Full refund will be processed for successfully cancelled orders
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun
After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery, in which case the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- Alternatively, you can accept delivery and initiate a return within 7 days

Eligibility for Refund
- Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact
- Original packaging, certificates, and invoices must be included
- Products that have been altered, resized, or damaged by the customer are not eligible
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable
Refund Process
- Initiate a return request by emailing sangamstudio222@gmail.com with your order number
- Our team will review and approve the request within 24 hours
- Once approved, ship the item back using the prepaid shipping label provided
- Upon receiving the item, our quality team will inspect it within 2 business days
- If approved, refund will be initiated to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallet: 2-3 business days
Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the original purchase.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- Items returned with minor signs of use or missing accessories
- Items returned after the 7-day window but within 14 days (at our discretion)
- Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Products
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup
- Full refund or free replacement will be provided (your choice)
- No return shipping cost will be charged
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during final-sale promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Items returned without original packaging or certificates
